Absurdity and parody are load-bearing. Production is serious; the idea is deliberately not.
Comedy is the foundation. Absurdity, mockery, hyperbole and rap culture hit against real production craft. That collision is the project’s sound.
Serious tool, unserious idea
It is easy to hear an expensive beat and decide the joke is secondary. Opposite: the cleaner the track, the sharper the parody. Production vs deliberate nonsense is not a bug.
That is why Dr. Z fits poorly into “experimental heavy” just because it once seemed convenient. Canon holds comedy / rap / parody.
Remove the joke and the project vanishes. A foreign beat remains.
