Why the distinction matters
Put AI at the center and the project becomes a tech headline. Put the clown and the joke at the center — technology becomes a brush.
So “it’s just a neural net” misses the point. The real questions: is it funny, does it hit, does the circus hold.
A tool does not write a manifesto. The clown does.
